What are your Cancellation policies?

• Cancellations made after the payment: a refund of 50% of the total amount will be returned.
• Cancellations made between 30 days to 15 days before the first rental day: a refund of 35% of the total amount will be returned.
• Cancellations made between 14 days to 7 days before the first rental day: a refund of 10% of the total amount will be returned. The amount to be refunded is the amount before tax.
• Full price will be charged for cancellations within 7 days prior to the first rental day and noshows.
• If you return the bike/s before the last day of the hire period we will not issue a refund.
